Complaintes de marée basse
Il solito d’incise (Laurent Peter), together with percussionist Cyril Bondi (with whom he forms the duo Diatribes) and Abdul Moimême, an active member of the Portuguese improvised music scene, recorded this Complaintes de marée basse: seven improvisations characterized by suspended atmospheres, which I find quite intriguing and emotional.
The whole thing was recorded in Lisbon on August 28 and 29, 2009.
The lineup is:
- abdul moimême: two prepared guitars, metalic objects, springs, cymbals, metronome
- d’incise: laptop, objects, various instruments, snare drums, bow, cymbals, gramophone
- cyril bondi: drums, percussions, bow, cymbals, objects, small instruments
