There's been a lot of talk about it these days. Google has digitized 14 works from the Prado Museum, including masterpieces by Rubens, van der Weyden, Velázquez, and Bosch, with a resolution of 14 gigapixels (14,000 million pixels) and placed them in Google Earth within a 3D reconstruction of the museum.
Now, by selecting 3D Buildings from the options on the left (under Layers) and typing Prado Museum, you can enter the museum and see these works in ultra-high resolution (click on the image).
Note: Once you've reached the Prado model, you don't need to physically enter it (although you can). Just click on it (one click, not two) and a window will appear to allow you to choose the artwork. The software will then take you inside. The video here gives you an idea.
