Grand pianos on the beach 2

I'm growing increasingly fond of these immense pianos abandoned on the beach of the small Dutch island of Schiermonnikoog.

Since my post from last July, I have new informations. The author is Florentijn Hofman and the title is Signpost 5 (Paal 5 in Flemish) because the work was conceived to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the International Chamber Music Festival held on the island (did you notice the writing Hofman & Sons in the first image?)

I'm pleased to note that the pianos survived the winter, the rains, and the tides. Here are some new images and a great panorama (click the images to enlarge).
