Wow! On YouTube there's the entire film (~1 hour) Halber Mensch (aka 1/2 Mensch, transl. half humans) by Sogo Ishii dedicated to Einstürzende Neubauten.
The film documents the German band's visit to Japan and includes excerpts from some concerts, scenes shot while the band plays in the ruins of an old ironworks, and performances accompanied by Butoh dancers.
It was filmed in 1985 and released on VHS in 1986, only to be reissued on DVD in 2005. Despite being on DVD, the quality isn't the best due to the VHS source material, which is why the band made a version. Remastered.
The title is that of the Einstürzende Neubauten album released the same year as the Japanese tour. The lineup is:
