I'm exploring some productions by Julien Bayle (aka Protofuse). Quite young (b. 1976, Marseille). Studies in biology, computer science, maybe music. In the latter he ranges from techno to ambient. In fact, he started out as a Techno DJ and then moved on to Ableton, Max for Live, and Max6 [news from wikipedia]. He also works on audiovisual installations via Max + Jitter.
Julien Bayle's music can be listened to here. Here's a track: void propagate #2
And here's an image from a recent installation: Disrupt!on (2014) made with Max6, OSC, OpenGL, Network connection.
Since he's an author who spans a variety of genres, some things may appeal to you, others not, but his is definitely a site worth visiting.
PS: I'm also wondering if this has something to do with François Bayle…
