Osmo

Osmo is an environment consisting of a large (9-meter) inflatable sphere made of lightweight synthetic material. Its interior is illuminated by laser beams that simulate stars, creating an environment isolated from the outside world. It appears enormous because the material is a partially reflective film.

Designed by Loop.pH, a London-based experimental laboratory working in the fields of design, architecture, and science. It has also created several interesting installations, as can be seen here.
