Self-propelled sculptures

We already talked about the self-propelled sculptures moved by the wind by Theo Jansen about 3 years ago.

This Dutch sculptor has some brilliant ideas. He designs and builds his works with plastic pipes and discarded bottles (always made of plastic, lightweight materials), and the resulting objects exhibit increasingly natural movements. He now has a beautiful website full of images that you can admire here.
