Tellus #10: All Guitars!

We've already talked about the republishing of Tellus (an audio cassette magazine launched in 1983 in New York) by UBUWeb .

Today we present issue 10, released in 1985 and dedicated to guitarists from the New York (and surrounding) scene of the time [among the most notable (few) were Arto Lindsay, Glenn Branca, Lydia Lunch]. The genre ranges from post-punk to minimalism to improvisation, all not without irony in certain songs.

As usual, Tellus focused on experimentation, the abnormal, and the extreme. 28 songs, from 2 to 5 minutes, in which, at times, it is difficult to recognize the guitar.
